1964

Cosimo (the founder of Tre Rose Bakery) leaves Italy and arrives in Canada to start a new life.

1972

Cosimo and a partner open their first Italian bakery in Toronto which runs for 3 years.

1975

3 years of running his first Italian bakery have passed, and Cosimo decides to open a second bakery (Perugina Bakery) with a new partner.

This time, Perugina Bakery runs for almost a full decade.

1989

After more than 12 years of successful business in running Italian bakeries, Cosimo decides to do it on his own.

Tre Rose Bakery opens its doors at 2098 Kipling avenue.  This time Cosimo’s new establishment is fully owned and run by the family.

2012

Tre Rose is still going strong as Rexdale’s and Etobicoke’s best Italian bakery, Cafe and Deli.

The family make a big investment in renovations. A new patio and restaurant/dining area give long-time customers a new place to meet, socialize and enjoy delicious pastries and italian Cuisine.

2013 – Today

In 2013 Tre Rose introduces free wifi to all visitors.

Etobicoke’s finest Italian bakery has been running strong, serving delicious memories for over 25 years!
